Solution for homework problem assigned in BBN class of 4/23/97

Apply floating algorithm with

PCR_VCC1 = 3
PCR_VCC2 = 1
PCR_VCC3 = 0.25
PCR_VCC4 = 0.4

Floating Algorithm

Raise all VCC's to 0.25, where VCC 3 is stopped by its PCR.
Raise VCC's 1, 2 and 4 to 0.4, where VCC 4 is stopped by its PCR.
Raise VCC's 1 and 2 to 0.6, where VCC 1 is stopped by the utilization of link C-->D which reaches its capacity of 1.
Raise VCC 2 to 1.0, where it reaches its PCR.
